Beth Sylvester

Beth Sylvester has extensive work experience at Sallie Mae. Beth started in 2000 as a Manager, School Assist, where they managed call center agents and coordinated system fixes. Beth built strong teams and provided coaching for high performance and career progression. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of Project Manager - Director Business System Support, where they stayed until June 2019. In June 2019, they became the Director, Customer Operations Product Manager at Sallie Mae.

Beth Sylvester earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and International Relations from Tulane University in the years 1982-1986. Beth later pursued a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) degree in Education and U.S. History at Tulane University from 1988 to 1991.
