Beth Sylvester earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and International Relations from Tulane University in the years 1982-1986. Beth later pursued a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) degree in Education and U.S. History at Tulane University from 1988 to 1991.
