Ghata Vasavada

Ghata Vasavada is an experienced professional in Human Resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Associate in Shared Services at Sallie Mae since May 2022. Previously, Ghata worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. and as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at Janaki Corp. LLC, where responsibilities included analyzing HR data and providing administrative support in Employee Relations and People Development. Ghata also gained valuable experience as a Graduate Intern and Survey Analyst at the University of New Haven, utilizing SPSS and Microsoft Excel for data analysis related to campus climate and diversity. Additionally, as a Graduate Assistant, Ghata collaborated with faculty in the Criminal Justice field to support research and teaching activities. Ghata holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.
