Jayme Chen

Jayme Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product development and program management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital Product Development at Sallie Mae since November 2023, Jayme previously held a Senior Program Manager position at Chewy, where a customer segmentation program focused on A/B testing and customer lifecycle retention initiatives was led. Jayme's prior experience at Chewy includes an MBA internship that enhanced reporting processes through automation and standardization.
