Michael Venø Bækgaard

Michael Venø Bækgaard is currently the Chief Information Security Officer at Salling Group, where they focus on enhancing cybersecurity strategies. Previously, they served as Group Chief Information Security Officer at both Unifeeder and P&O Ferrymasters from 2022 to 2024. They have also held roles in various companies, including Engineering and Cyber Security Manager at IT RELATION A/S from 2020 to 2021 and IT System Consultant at EG A/S from 2015 to 2017. Michael holds a Diploma of Education in Leadership from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus, completed in 2021.
