Emil Lund Møller has a strong background in finance and business development. Emil currently holds the position of Head of Finance and Business Development at Salling Stormagasiner, where they serve as the Format CFO for Salling & Franchise, overseeing finance, operations, business development, and IT for Salling department stores in Aarhus and Aalborg, Salling.dk, and the Starbucks and Carls Jr. franchises in Denmark.

Emil Lund Møller began their education journey in 1999 at Handelsskolen i Silkeborg, where they pursued a degree in Economics. Emil completed their studies in 2002. In the same year, they also enrolled at Silkeborg Fodbold College, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
Moving forward, Emil pursued higher education at Aarhus University from 2004 to 2009. During this time, they earned a Master of Science degree in Management Accounting and Control.

I 1964 åbnede der endnu et Salling Stormagasin i Aalborg. I dag beskæftiger de to Salling Stormagasiner mere end 1100 medarbejdere. Salling er en del af Salling Group, der også ejer føtex, Bilka, Netto og Wupti.
