Gisele de Oliveira Silva

Gisele de Oliveira Silva has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and analysis. Gisele started their career as an intern at SESI - Serviço Social da Indústria in 2014, where they worked as an Estagiária - Inteligência de mercado. Gisele then joined Avon in 2015 and held various roles including FP&A Intern, FP&A Jr Analyst, and FP&A Analyst until 2018.

In 2018, Gisele joined Grupo Boticário as an FP&A Analyst, where they were responsible for reports gerenciais de resultados sell in e sell out para fins estratégicos, budget/forecasts construction, and financial support to the business areas. Additionally, Gisele has leadership responsibilities as they manage the FP&A team and also leads the first physical store of the company. Gisele started their role as Finance Manager in March 2023 and is currently working at Sallve.

Gisele completed a Management Executive Program in Leadership at Ohio University in the year 2023.

In 2020, Gisele pursued a Postgraduate Module with international experience in Portugal, focusing on Challenges and Strategy in a Global Scenario at FEUC - Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra.

From 2018 to 2020, Gisele attended ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, where they obtained a Postgraduate degree in Business Management.

In 2013, Gisele completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Universidade São Judas Tadeu, which they pursued until 2016.

For their high school education, Gisele attended ETEC Camargo Aranha from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Gisele acquired additional certifications. In 2022, they completed an Analysis of Financial Statements course at FACULDADE FIPECAFI - Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuariais e Financeiras. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Professional, Emotional, and Technological Competencies for Times of Change from PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
