Kaye Hambright

Kaye Hambright is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation management and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Director of Compensation at Sally Beauty since May 2016, Kaye has previously held positions such as Director of Compensation and Senior Manager of Compensation within the same organization. Prior to this role, Kaye worked at Children's Medical Center as a Senior Compensation Consultant from October 2012 to April 2016. Earlier career experiences include various senior HR management positions at JCPenney from July 2004 to September 2012, where Kaye specialized in compensation and managed HR functions for stores in the Northwest Region.
