Shannon Scott

Shannon Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in CRM, technology, and project delivery. Currently serving as the Vice President of CRM and Loyalty at Sally Beauty since September 2024, Shannon previously held the role of Vice President of Technology & Delivery at Targetbase from April 2016 to September 2024. Shannon's career began at Epsilon, where a progression through various roles, including Senior Director of Project Delivery, Director of Project Delivery, Project Manager, Senior Business Systems Analyst, and Business Systems Analyst, took place from June 2006 to April 2016. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 2002 and 2006.
