Stephanie Ellen has extensive experience in the beauty and retail industries, currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Sally Beauty since 2016, where a focus on the expansive beauty market is essential. Prior to this, Stephanie held the position of Regional Director at Starbucks from 2013 to 2015, where responsibilities included developing and executing strategic business plans. Before that, in 2012-2013, Stephanie was a Marketing Manager at Related Companies, managing brand image and marketing budgets. Stephanie Ellen holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics with a specialization in Marketing Analytics from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
