Eric Marshall BSBM, MHA/INF

Eric Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eric Marshall is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Salm Partners, LLC. Prior to this, they worked at Hearthside Food Solutions, where they held multiple roles including Commercialization Manager, Plant Manager, and Production Manager. At Shearer's Snacks, they served as a Production Shift Manager, focusing on quality control and lean manufacturing. Eric Marshall also worked as a Packaging Supervisor at J.R. Simplot Company, where they supervised a team and was involved in lean manufacturing projects. Earlier in their career, Eric held positions such as an Enrollment Advisor and Culture Chairman at the University of Phoenix and a Project Manager, Sales and Design Integrator at Sight and Sound by Design. Eric Marshall also gained experience as a Sales and Installation Manager at Sundance Shutters and Blinds and as a Store Manager at Mobility Communications-T-Mobile.

Eric Marshall received their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Associates of Science from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2006. Eric Marshall later pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Eric continued their education at the University of Phoenix, completing their Master's degree in Health Administration / Informatics from 2011 to 2013.
