Joe Bellin has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Joe began their career at Waupaca Foundry as a Mechanical Engineer, where they designed and installed equipment. Joe then joined American Tissue Mills as a Mechanical Engineer, responsible for the manufacturing area, boilerhouse, and WWTP. Joe later moved to Kraft Foods, where they worked as a Project Engineer, managing projects to improve equipment and processes, including large maintenance rebuild projects. Joe also worked as an MRO Technical Buyer, assisting with the implementation of SAP for purchasing and inventory management. At Nestle, Joe served as a Utilities Engineer and later as a Project Engineer, handling transition activities after the facility was acquired by Nestle USA. Currently, they are employed at Salm Partners, LLC as an Engineering Manager, overseeing various engineering functions.
Joe Bellin attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
