Currently serving as a Human Resource Officer and Recruitment and Licensing Officer at Salma Children's Rehabilitation Hospital since February 2017, Lhadie has previously held roles such as Team Leader in the Business Development Department at RTCMC/Al Fareeda Recruitment and Medical Cadre Supply from July 2013 to September 2022, and Client Service Executive/Team Leader in the Media Division at JIC Management Services JLT from May 2005 to July 2013. At JIC Management Services, responsibilities included managing client relationships, conducting research on advertising strategies, and developing cost-effective media proposals.
