Jon-Ivar Hovd

Jon-Ivar Hovd has extensive experience in project management and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Prosjektsjef/Project Owner at SalMar since September 2018, Jon-Ivar previously worked as Project Manager for hydro power plants at NTE Holding from September 2016 to September 2018. Prior roles include Director of Business Support and Best Practice at Lemminkäinen Norge AS, and Senior Consultant for Lean Communications AS, specializing in business process management and lean development. Additional experience includes managing the Qatalum Improvement Program, working as Process Improvement Manager for The Norwegian Army, and holding several managerial positions in Verran Municipality. Jon-Ivar is educated at The Army Staff College and the Norwegian Military Academy.
