Kim-Henning Kaspersen

Kim-Henning Kaspersen is a seasoned technical manager with extensive experience in the aquaculture sector, currently serving in the role at SalMar since August 2022. Previously, Kaspersen held the position of Teknisk leder and Teamleder at Norway Royal Salmon ASA from April 2021 to August 2023, focusing on RAS systems for the production of Atlantic salmon from roe to smolt. Prior to that, Kaspersen worked as a Systemtekniker mekanikk at SalMar from September 2017 to March 2021, specializing in RAS for Atlantic Salmon, and as a Tekniker/Mekaniker at Nordnorsk Smolt A/S, contributing to smolt development in RAS facilities. The career began at Abil A/S as a Bilmekaniker from June 2010 to May 2015.
