Cory Salmela (He/Him)

Cory Salmela is the founder of Salmela. Cory previously worked as a sales representative for Eli Lilly and Company from January 2003 to December 2005. Prior to that, they were the national team coach for US Biathlon from September 1991 to May 2003, where they developed athletes for World Championship and Olympic Competition.

Cory Salmela has a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Cory also has certification from LinkedIn in Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing.
