Philip Overgaard has extensive experience in finance and accounting, beginning as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte Danmark from September 2006 to September 2010, where work involved various industries, including manufacturing and private equity. Philip then served as Finance Manager for FLSmidth in NLS Egypt from October 2010 to June 2012, leading the local finance team to adhere to group standards. From April 2013 to July 2020, Philip held multiple roles within Demant's US Diagnostics division, culminating as Director of Finance and Director of Business Processes, overseeing significant growth and ERP system implementation. After a brief tenure as Finance & Accounting Consultant at Salo in early 2023, Philip took on the role of Finance Manager for North America at Nature Energy and subsequently returned to Salo as a Consultant. Recent positions also include Finance Manager at Phillips-Medisize. Philip holds an MS in Business Economics and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School.
