Claire Guasconi currently serves as a Learning & Development Project Manager at Salomon since September 2022. Previously, Claire worked at NTN-SNR as a Digital Learning Project Manager, where responsibilities included implementing TalentSoft systems in France. Claire's experience also encompasses leading digital projects for clients at ANIMEDIA OFFICIEL and managing digital learning initiatives at FuturSkill - ManpowerGroup, where project oversight, budget management, and pedagogical design were key roles. Earlier positions included managing training projects at FuturSkill and mission coordinating at Manpower France, contributing to E-learning initiatives and integration programs. Claire holds a Master’s degree in Management and Development of Human Resources from IGS - Institut de Gestion Sociale.
