Ben Burns

Ben Burns is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in various roles within the sales and account management sectors. Currently serving as the Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales Manager at Salsify since June 2025, Ben previously held key positions at Intercom, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and mid-market relationships. Prior to that, Ben was an Enterprise Relationship Manager at KnowledgeHound and worked at Mintel in multiple capacities, including Client Development Manager for CPG and Account Manager for CPG. Ben's earlier experience includes positions at Mintel International and Marquette University, where skills in sales and advertising were honed. An academic foundation in English Literature was established at Marquette University, graduating in 2010.
