Dan Reardon, MBA, is an accomplished professional with a strong background in compensation and total rewards management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Salsify since November 2019, Dan has previously held key roles at Carbon Black, Inc., where responsibilities included Compensation Lead and Senior Compensation Analyst. Dan also contributed to the community as a Big Brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay from January 2017 to January 2022.
