Ivo Gueorguiev

Ivo Gueorguiev is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors. Currently, Ivo serves as Co-founder of Paynetics, an innovator in Embedded Finance solutions, and holds board positions at Banca Transilvania, Romania's largest bank, and Salt Bank, the country's first fully digital bank. Ivo is also recognized as an Early Backer of Phos, a pioneering software POS solution provider, and previously co-founded TBIF Financial Services B.V., a significant entity in banking and consumer finance throughout Central and Eastern Europe. Ivo's experience is further complemented by roles such as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at TBI Bank Bulgaria and Senior Banker at EBRD, along with educational qualifications including an MBA in Finance from the University of Alberta and a Master's in International Business from the University of National and World Economy.
