Sébastien Guinchard

Sébastien Guinchard is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic development across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Partner at Salt Creek Capital since February 2024, Guinchard focuses on identifying and acquiring profitable lower middle-market companies. Previously, from July 2019 to December 2023, Guinchard held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Sabon USA, successfully guiding the company through transformative challenges. Prior roles include serving as Country Manager at Jacadi, where leadership of a 21-outlet operation was achieved, and extensive experience at L'Occitane en Provence, culminating in various executive positions, including Vice President of Business Development and Vice President Global Outlets. Guinchard’s career also includes significant positions at Technicolor and EY, complemented by a Master’s Degree from EDHEC Business School.
