Yu Zhang

Yu (Ricky) Zhang is a Senior Associate at Salt Creek Capital, specializing in lower middle market private equity since September 2019, previously serving as a Private Equity Associate. Prior to this, Yu (Ricky) held the position of Investment Banking Analyst at Aleutian Capital Group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions from March 2016 to September 2019, and gained experience as an Investment Banking Analyst Intern. Yu (Ricky) also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at Fordham University, working on a project about conflicts of interest in IPOs. Earlier career highlights include founding and serving as President of Enactus JUFE, a global non-profit organization promoting entrepreneurship, and internships at HSBC and Bank of China. Yu (Ricky) holds a Master of Science in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. Additionally, Yu (Ricky) participated in a non-degree exchange program at Missouri State University.
