Alison Belsky is an experienced customer service and food service professional with a strong background in supervisory roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Department Supervisor at Stop & Shop since April 2009, Alison also leads the Private Dining Server team at Salt Creek Grille since May 2018. Previously, Alison worked at The Tiger Inn at Princeton University from 2007 to 2019 as a Food Service Worker and gained early experience as a Farm Hand at a private farm in Farmingdale, NJ, during the summer of 2008. Alison Belsky holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy, Institutions, & Behavior from Rutgers University (2019-2022) and an Associate of Arts from Mercer County Community College (2010-2013).

For years before the doors ever opened in July of 1996, Tim McCune and his original partner, Pete Truxaw, had a vision to create a neighborhood restaurant and tavern tailored to the locals in the community.
