Phillip Lossing

Phillip Lossing has been working as a Network Engineer at Salt Lake City Corporation since November 2021. Prior to this role, Phillip gained extensive experience in network operations and project management at Utah Telecommunication Open Infrastructure Agency (UTOPIA Fiber) as a Senior Network Operations Center Technician. With over a decade of experience at Fiber Internet Center as a Network Engineer and Project Manager, Phillip excels in managing fiber project installations, documentation procedures, network router configurations, network support, root cause analysis, and employee training. Phillip holds a BS in MIS from San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business.
