Diana Guetschow

Diana Guetschow has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Diana is currently the Owner of Leadership Lift, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Salt Lake Community College from 2017, where they held the roles of Director of Workforce Training and Education and Manager of Workforce.

Before joining Salt Lake Community College, Diana was the Manager of Sales Enablement at the University of Phoenix from 2016 to 2017. Diana supported the field sales team with skill development, leadership, technical sales skills, product training, and effective Salesforce.com use.

Diana's earlier career at the University of Phoenix involved multiple roles, including National CELM Training Manager/Leadership Performance Coach, Regional Director of Corporate Education, National Training Manager, and Business Development. Diana was responsible for national training initiatives, coaching and developing the business development team, and implementing training programs for various aspects of the sales role.

Before joining the University of Phoenix, Diana was the Owner of LiteSpeed Displays, where they brought a trade show/exhibition company from Australia to the US. Additionally, they held the position of Owner/Partner at Chameleon Display Systems in Sydney, Australia, where they were responsible for business development and sales in various sectors.

Overall, Diana has a strong background in training, leadership development, sales management, and business development in both the education and exhibition industries.

From 2004 to 2006, Diana Guetschow studied Business Administration at the University of Phoenix, earning their MBA degree.
