Karen Smith-Dell has a diverse range of work experience in the education sector. Karen has held positions such as Interim Director of Corporate Training at Salt Lake Community College, Regional Development Specialist at University of Phoenix, Founder of Leaders in Education, Operations, Curriculum, and Visionaries, Executive Leader in Higher Education, Director of Faculty Programs and Administrative Director at Western Governors University, Vice President at The Affinity Foundation, and President of Eagle Gate College.
