Skylar Scott

Skylar Scott is an experienced professional currently serving as Audit Methodologist II and Lead Legislative Analyst & Auditor at the Office of the Utah Legislative Auditor General since April 2021. Skylar has also been an Adjunct Professor of Economics at Salt Lake Community College since August 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Researcher/UX Researcher with the State of Utah from May 2018 to April 2021, where Skylar effectively communicated research findings to diverse audiences, and previous positions as an Investment Consultant at Scottrade and Financial Representative at Fidelity Investments. Skylar holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Utah Valley University, along with an Associate's degree in Economics from Utah State University.
