Jim Sakellariou is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and treasury management. Currently serving as Chief Deputy Treasurer for Salt Lake County, Jim oversees the collection and distribution of over $1.5 billion in tax revenue to more than 70 government agencies. Previously, as Controller at The Leonardo, Jim managed all aspects of cash management and supported the annual audit process. Jim's earlier roles include Controller positions at The Summit Group Communications, where significant reductions in A/R collection were achieved, and as a Commercial Loan Officer at University Federal Credit Union, where Jim increased commercial loans by 45%. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Utah, Jim has a proven track record of building financial processes and managing high-profile business relationships.
