John Pectol

John Pectol is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various financial roles since 1996. Currently serving as a Senior Accounting Administrator for Salt Lake County's Mayor's Financial Administration since January 2008, John manages critical accounting processes including journal voucher approvals, monthly cycle closings, and year-end financial statement preparations. Previously held positions include Accounting Applications Manager, Senior Accountant, and Senior Deputy Auditor within the same administration. Additional experience includes accounting management at Muddy Boys, Inc., estimating and staff accounting at Utah Paperbox, and an accounting clerk role at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Utah State University and an Associate's degree in Business from Salt Lake Community College.
