Scott Baird

Scott Baird currently serves as the Director of the Department of Public Works and Municipal Services for Salt Lake County, a position held since February 2017. Additionally, Scott Baird has been the Director of Engineering and Flood Control for Salt Lake County since May 2010, overseeing the Engineering and Flood Control Division within the Public Works Department. Prior to these roles, Scott Baird worked as a Civil Engineering Project Manager for Salt Lake County from 2006 to 2010. Scott Baird pursued higher education at Brigham Young University from 1995 to 1997.
