Benjamin Yablon has a long and varied work experience. Benjamin began their career in 2003 as an Attorney for Benjamin C. Yablon P.C. In 2015, they became a Partner at Atlas Law Group. From 2016 to 2017, they served as Director & Co-founder, Executive Vice President & Director of Global Strategy, and Co-founder at SALT Lending. In 2016, they also became Global Strategy and Compliance at BurstIQ. In 2017, they became a Special Advisor at OECD - OCDE, where they served as a subject matter expert advising multiple OECD directorates on issues related to policy, deployment and utilization of blockchain. Benjamin was also a featured speaker and presenter at the 2018 OECD Ministerial Conference in Mexico City.

Benjamin Yablon attended St. Lawrence University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a degree in History with a focus in English Writing. Benjamin then attended the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law from 1999 to 2002, earning a J.D.
