Mark Herbert

Mark Herbert is the Co-founder and Decision Coach at Salt & Light Leadership Coaching, a role held since April 2022, focused on aiding leaders in making better decisions. Previously, Mark served as Director at Leaderfull from December 2019 to March 2023, providing coaching, facilitation, conflict mediation, and keynote speaking. Mark also worked as Delivery Lead at C-me Colour Profiling from April 2020 to March 2022, where the emphasis was on enhancing behavioral awareness and communication through leadership coaching. Prior to these positions, Mark has a diverse background including strategic leadership as a Pastor from August 2009 to December 2019, teaching Geography and PE at Rugby School, and serving as a Student Worker with Christians in Sport UK. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Nottingham and a Foundation Degree in Theology from Middlesex University.
