Doina Kneip, PMP Certified, is an experienced Program and Project Manager with extensive expertise in infrastructure, network rollout, and IT transformation. Currently serving as Program Manager at Salt Mobile since December 2015, Doina has a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, including a CHF 60 million national backbone fiber rollout for Swisscom at Huawei Technologies and overseeing major fiber backbone deployments for various telecom clients across multiple countries. With a career spanning over two decades, Doina has demonstrated excellence in budget management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication across diverse international markets, including South Africa, Tanzania, and several Latin American countries. Doina Kneip holds a degree in Business from Cerritos College.
