Saimir Bajraktari

Saimir Bajraktari is an experienced telecommunications engineer with a robust background in network performance, optimization, and service management. Currently serving as an E2E Network Performance Senior Engineer at Salt Mobile since March 2021, Saimir is responsible for defining and implementing network tool landscapes while developing dashboards to enhance issue detection and resolution. Prior experience includes roles at Nokia as a Radio Network Planning and Optimization Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed radio network design and optimization, and at Vodafone Albania as a Voice and Data Service Management Senior Engineer, providing L2 support and troubleshooting complex network issues. Saimir also has a teaching background as a Lector in C/C++ programming at Aleksander Moisiu University and earlier experience as a Fixed Line Engineer at Mobitel Wireless Communication. Saimir holds a Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Small Business Administration/Management from institutions in Tirana.
