Casey Longton is an accomplished food and beverage professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. As the Owner of Principle Food & Drink since August 2016, Casey has showcased expertise in managing culinary operations. Serving as General Manager and Co-Owner of Salt of the Earth since June 2011, Casey has been instrumental in creating a restaurant that emphasizes authentic Midwest American rustic cuisine, utilizing fresh local ingredients. Previous roles include Outlet Manager at Hotel 71 from June 2008 to June 2011 and Food & Beverage Director at Focus Hospitality Services, LLC from September 2007 to June 2010. Casey's educational background includes studies at Ferris State University and Portage Central.
