Director Of Security at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick

B.D.H. has a diverse work experience in the field of security. They started their career in 2007 as a Command Security Forces Inspector in the United States Air Force, where they conducted inspections and evaluated Europe's capability to protect American interests. They also served as an Operations Superintendent, managing military operations and delivering combat-ready forces globally. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Senior Manager, responsible for protecting an $8 billion aircraft ramp and coordinating training missions. From 2012 to 2014, B.D.H. served as an Operations & Training Superintendent, managing security operations and the Military Working Dog Program. In 2018, they joined Salt River Fields at Talking Stick as the Director of Security, providing consultation and advising on physical security measures for the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies.

B.D. H. obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Management from Columbia Southern University between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, between 2006 and 2010, they attained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Salt River Fields at Talking Stick

Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) partnered with the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies to build the award-winning Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, which opened in 2011 as the first Major League Baseball Spring Training facility to be built on Indian land in the nation. Salt River Fields at Talking Stick includes an 11,000-seat capacity ballpark, a total of 12 practice fields and office buildings that include Major and Minor League clubhouses, training facilities, and offices for each team.
