Clayton Hrusovsky is an experienced professional in sports management with a strong background in customer service and operations. Currently, serving as a Visiting Clubhouse Assistant for the Arizona Diamondbacks since April 2022 and as an Inside Sales Representative at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick since October 2021, Clayton has previously worked with the Oakland Athletics in various roles during Spring Training. Prior experiences include valet attendant positions at Epic Valet Inc and Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort, where Clayton honed skills in customer interaction and service efficiency. Clayton began a journey in customer service at Hyvee Grocery, developing foundational skills that have been critical throughout a career dedicated to providing excellent service in the sports and hospitality industries. Clayton holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Grand Canyon University.
Salt River Fields at Talking Stick
Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) partnered with the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies to build the award-winning Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, which opened in 2011 as the first Major League Baseball Spring Training facility to be built on Indian land in the nation. Salt River Fields at Talking Stick includes an 11,000-seat capacity ballpark, a total of 12 practice fields and office buildings that include Major and Minor League clubhouses, training facilities, and offices for each team.
