Jeremy Richter

Jeremy Richter is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Construction Manager for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community since February 2023. Previously, Jeremy held the position of Project Manager and Capital Project Management Estimator at the City of Scottsdale for nearly nine years, where responsibilities included producing cost estimates for large-scale projects, creating a historical project cost database, and collaborating with client departments for infrastructure solutions. Prior roles include Senior Estimator/Project Manager at SHC Inc., where Jeremy enhanced revenue through expanded services and improved internal systems, as well as Field Reports for ADOT, where significant cost recoveries were achieved. Jeremy commenced the career as a Site Superintendent at Gemcor Homes, overseeing residential construction and ensuring quality control. Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
