Susan van Dalen

Susan van Dalen is a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Salta Group since January 2020, contributing to the largest private educational organization in the Benelux. Previously, Susan served as a Compensation and Benefits Officer at CEVA Logistics from December 2013 to December 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing employee compensation and benefits for 2,500 FTE across the region. Earlier roles include HR Officer at Ecofys and Junior HR Consultant, managing human resources for offices globally. Susan holds an MSc in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University and a degree from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
