Dianne Bouton

Dianne Bouton is currently a Senior Paralegal at Saltchuk. Prior to that, they were an Enterprise Contract Management - Functional Consultant at CloudMoyo from October 2019 to March 2020. There, they conducted legal analysis of customer contracts to ensure readiness for digital transformation with cloud engineering and artificial intelligence (AI). Dianne also provided consultation to help customers prepare for implementation of Icertis Contract Management (ICM) through understanding of their current processes, rationalizing templates, and normalizing metadata.

From June 2016 to May 2019, Ms. Bouton worked as a Senior Patent Analyst at Perkins Coie LLP. In that role, they conducted patent analysis and acquisition due diligence in all areas of intellectual property, including technology transfers, licensing, and market clearances related to M&A transactions. Dianne also drafted informative reports that clarified and summarized search results, and maintained proficiency with commercial patent databases and other proprietary databases. Additionally, Ms. Bouton conducted and performed patent landscape studies and led, mentored, trained and monitored the performance of the junior staff and their work.
