Tom Ritter

Tom Ritter, PMP, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in program and project management across several industries, including automotive and technology. Currently serving as Vice President at SaltClick, Tom leads a multimillion-dollar transformation program and manages a diverse team while overseeing client digital transformations and new business portfolio management. Previously, as Program Director at EMZ Cloud Solutions, Tom directed major Salesforce technology implementations for automotive dealerships. Throughout Tom's career, roles at Affinity IT Consulting, Toyota North America, CSC, and IBM Global Services have showcased a strong track record in process optimization, risk management, and business strategy. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from USC Marshall School of Business and an MBA from UMass Amherst's Isenberg School of Management.
