Miriam Buholzer Sepúlveda began their work experience in 2011 as a PR & Marketing Assistant at Fraunhofer IIS. In 2012, they worked as a marketing intern at adidas Group. Miriam then joined Henkel (Schwarzkopf Professional) in 2013 as an Assistant Brand & Trade Marketing Manager. From 2014 to 2018, Miriam worked at Revlon, starting as an International Product Manager and progressing to the role of Global Marketing Manager. In 2018, they joined ADA Cosmetics International GmbH as a Global Marketing Manager, later becoming the Global Manager of Innovation & E-Commerce and then the Marketing Director of Innovation. Currently, Miriam is working at salted beauty, where they started as the Head of Product before being promoted to Chief Product Officer (CPO).
Miriam Buholzer Sepúlveda completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Cultural and Business Studies at Universität Passau from 2006 to 2010. Miriam then pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Marketing at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, in 2011 and 2012, they attended Rennes School of Business, focusing on International Marketing.
