Jennifer Wisniewski OTD, OTR is an experienced occupational therapist with a diverse background in skilled nursing, long-term care, and homecare settings. Since September 2017, Jennifer has been providing client-focused and evidence-based interventions at Salter HealthCare, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to enhance the well-being of residents and rehabilitation patients. In addition to current roles at the Massachusetts Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired and Visions of Independence, Jennifer specializes in low vision therapy and fall prevention, focusing on environmental assessments and client education. Prior experience includes roles as a clinical dietitian and resident assistant, showcasing a well-rounded skill set. Jennifer holds a Graduate Certificate in Low Vision from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
