Francesca Micallef is an accomplished professional in sustainability and consulting, currently serving as Director of Sustainability Advisory and previously as Senior Sustainability Consultant at Salterbaxter since July 2019. With experience as a Senior Consultant at Good Business from August 2015 to January 2019, Francesca focused on enhancing organizations' social and environmental impact through strategic insight. Prior to this, Francesca was a Senior Associate at PwC, contributing to both Operational Finance Consulting and Assurance Banking & Capital Markets from September 2010 to September 2014. Francesca holds a Master’s degree in Leadership for Sustainable Development from Forum for the Future and an ACA from ICAEW, alongside a BSc in Business Management from the University of Surrey.
