Lily Dupont Leedom

Lily Dupont Leedom has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lily worked as the Founder and CEO at Saltery since March 2018, leading the company's operations. Prior to that, they were a Real Estate Broker at Sotheby's International Realty from October 2013 to January 2020, where they assisted clients in buying and selling properties. Additionally, they worked in Real Estate Sales and Development at Tetherow Golf Club from November 2013 to March 2018.

In terms of entrepreneurship, Lily founded Bendala Yoga Company in December 2010, a company that sells luxury yoga mats and accessories and donates a portion of sales to yoga and meditation organizations. Before that, they worked as a Sponsorship Sales Consultant for the Nike Women's Marathon from August 2011 to April 2013, managing relationships with key partners. Lily also served as a Sponsorship Sales Executive at Argyle Executive Forum from April 2010 to August 2011, where they drove new business and managed relationships with top organizations.

In their early career, Lily held the position of Account Manager at PECI from May 2007 to April 2010. Lily managed utility relationships and achieved significant sales goals. Lily also worked as a Real Estate Investment Analyst at Stockbridge Capital Partners from 2006 to 2007, analyzing investment opportunities. Prior to that, they were a Sales Associate at Time Inc., Fortune Magazine from 2004 to 2006, creating marketing and advertising programs for clients. Lily began their career in Sports Marketing as a Seasonal Intern at IMG, focusing on events such as the Bank of the West Women's Professional Tennis Tournament at Stanford University.

Lily Dupont Leedom completed their high school education at Crystal Springs Uplands School from 1993 to 2000. Lily then pursued their undergraduate studies at Colgate University, majoring in Sociology & Anthropology, and obtained their Bachelor's degree in 2004.
