Kevin Pinel is currently a People Partner & Group Resourcing at Saltgate Group, where Kevin is responsible for managing HR processes and recruitment initiatives. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as an Early Careers Advisor and Human Resources Consultant at Deloitte UK, where Kevin oversaw student recruitment and pay review processes. Kevin also took on a secondment as a HR Onboarding Team Leader, leading a team responsible for onboarding new hires at Deloitte. Kevin has experience as a Team Leader in HR Operations at RBC, and has also worked in various HR roles at IBM. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Portsmouth.
