Roni Boteach

Roni Boteach is the current VP of HR at Salto. Prior to their current position, they were the VP of HR at Teridion from February 2017 to March 2018. Roni has also held the position of VP Human Resources at ravello systems from July 2015 to February 2017. From January 2012 to September 2014, they were the Sr. Director of HR at Mellanox Technologies where they led all aspects of HR across the US, including staffing and talent management programs, compensation and benefits, performance management, manager coaching, training and employee relations. Roni has extensive experience in building HR departments from the ground up and implementing HR systems, designing and executing new processes, drafting and implementing policies and benefit programs. Roni is a true business partner who understands their clients' needs and challenges and designs and implements HR processes and programs connected to the business strategy and growth. Roni is an excellent coach who helps managers and executives thrive and grow within the organization. Roni has also played a key role in successfully integrating an acquired company into Mellanox from all aspects of HR. Roni has a proven track record of success in recruiting, having grown HC by over 60% in 2012 through hiring, and by over 50% in 2013 through hiring and acquisition.

Roni Boteach has earned a MA in Organizational Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a BA in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Roni is also a certified Co-Active coach from The Coaches Training Institute.

They work with Igal Perelman - VP, Product, Gil Hoffer - Co-Founder & CTO, and Oren Ariel - Field CTO. Their manager is Rami Tamir, Co-Founder & CEO.
