Ronald Boshuizen

Ronald Boshuizen, PhD, is an accomplished business analyst and scientist with extensive experience in the biochemistry and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Business Analyst IT at Coöperatie Landelijk Bureau Prenatale Screening since May 2024, and previously as a Business Analyst and Application Manager at Saltro since June 2018, Ronald has demonstrated expertise in strategic analysis and application management. Prior roles include Senior Scientist in Assay Development at Sanquin Bloedvoorziening, where Ronald developed and validated assays for therapeutic monoclonal antibodies and automated blood analysis methodologies. With a background in consultancy, regulatory affairs, and extensive research on diseases including BSE, vCJD, and Alzheimer’s disease, Ronald possesses a comprehensive understanding of both scientific and business dynamics in the life sciences field. Ronald holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Utrecht University and a Bachelor’s degree in medical biotechnology/molecular biology from Hogeschool van Utrecht.
