Madhura Walakuluarachchi

Madhura Walakuluarachchi has a strong background in engineering and software development, with experience in DevOps roles. Madhura currently holds the position of Lead Engineer DevOps at Saltside, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Engineer DevOps at ikman.lk starting in January 2018. From June 2016 to January 2018, Madhura worked as an Engineer DevOps at Dialog Axiata PLC. Madhura started their career as an Associate Software Engineer at Atom Technologies (Pvt) Limited in March 2015 and then moved on to become a Software Engineer at the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission from August 2014 to March 2015. Madhura began their professional journey as a Software Engineering Trainee at Arthur C Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies (ACCIMT) from October 2012 to March 2013.

Madhura Walakuluarachchi attended the Open University of Sri Lanka from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to that, they completed their A/L & O/L in A/L Maths at C.W.W. Kannangara M.M.V in Mathugama. In addition to their formal education, Madhura achieved certifications as a Red Hat Certified Engineer and a Red Hat Certified System Administrator in December 2017 and August 2017, respectively, from Red Hat.
