Poorni Amarathunga

Poorni Amarathunga is a Software Engineer at Saltside since February 2023, with prior experience as an Associate Software Engineer at ikman.lk from April 2021 to February 2023, and as a Software Developer Trainee at IJSE-Institute of Software Engineering from August 2020 to April 2021. Poorni completed a Direct Entry Program at IJSE, aimed at enhancing software development skills to industry standards. Additionally, Poorni served as a Temporary Demonstrator at the Open University of Sri Lanka from August 2019 to August 2020. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Software Engineering from the University of Plymouth (2016-2019) and training at IJSE. Early education was completed at Viharamahadevi Balika Vidyalaya, Kiribathgoda (2003-2016).
